The Doble Tables are made from three Australian native timbers; Tasmanian Blackwood, Northern Silky Oak and Queensland Maple. The tables have dual functionality as they can be used on their side or up on end, slid under the sofa and over the cushions to have a handy side table right next to you, they are constructed with mitred joints reinforced by handmade dowels from matching timber. One edge is selectively treated with a round-over profile that travels around the piece continuously.
